Mother’s Hope has a Board of Trustees. The Board looks after day-to-day governing of the organization. The Board members meet at regular intervals as a routine affair and also to take important decisions for the welfare of MH.

At Mother’s Hope we deal with unwed mothers/girls going through crisis pregnancy hence, we have a team of full-time staff, who provide round the clock love & care for the pregnant girls and babies. The staffs in the Pregnant Girls and Baby Care Departments are trained nurses who also take care of in-house normal deliveries.
Since Mother’s Hope works in an organized manner we have various departments to handle different work in the oraganisation. |

Apart from the aforesaid departments we have child specialist visiting us on regular intervals to ensure good health of infants.
We maintain a routine checkup for babies and ensure that the vaccination is done on time. For this Mother’s Hope takes the services of a local hospital in Dimapur. We are so thankful to the Doctors at the hospital for providing us free medical assistance.
